Basement alarm in Concord commercial building

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a reported fire alarm at a two-story commercial building in downtown Concord. They found an activated detector in the basement with no clear cause. The fire alarm system was reset and appeared to hold, and all units cleared the scene.
