Reported commercial fire at Sheetz in Concord

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to a reported commercial structure fire at a gas station and store along Village Highway in Concord. Multiple companies, including engines, a squad, trucks, and medic units, responded and established command with no fire visible on initial arrival on several sides of the building.
