Adult female gasping for air with chest and head pain

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical units responded to an adult woman having severe difficulty breathing and gasping for air at an apartment near Shields Court and Main Street in Concrete. Radio traffic indicated she was turning purple and reported chest and head pain, and crews were en route and arriving on scene to assist.
