Resident afraid of man knocking on doors in Congers

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received an off-scene report of a suspicious male in a white vehicle repeatedly knocking on doors near New York Avenue, causing a female resident there to be afraid. Officers attempted to contact the reporting party and planned to knock on the resident’s door to check on her.
