Unconscious person call on 32nd Street with no patient found

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were dispatched to the 400 block of 32nd Street for a possible unconscious person in a grassy area between houses near Office Park. Upon arrival, no patient was found; the situation appeared to involve someone bent over petting a cat. The call was cleared with no patient contact.
