Child accidentally dials 911 in parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch handled repeated 911 hang-up calls from a cell phone near an area by 1st Street West and 10th Street Northwest in Conover. Deputies contacted the caller, who reported that a child had the phone and the calls were accidental. Units then confirmed the caller had left the area.
