False fire alarm at St. Francis of Assisi Church

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reported a possible fire alarm activation at a church on Poplar Street, later cancelled after no fire was found. In a separate call, EMS was sent to an apartment in Malone for a reported twenty‑one‑year‑old woman with abdominal pain.
