Two patients with cardiac issues near Maple Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent near Maple Street in Conway for two patients with apparent cardiac problems: an adult woman with a rapid heart rate and prior heart issues, and an adult man with chest pain and sudden hearing loss in one ear. Multiple ambulance units and an advanced life support team responded.
