Report of intoxicated driver leaving gas station

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possibly intoxicated man driving a white 1990 Ford flatbed pickup westbound on I-44 from a gas station in Conway, Missouri. Gas station employees reportedly refused to serve him because he appeared very intoxicated. The reporting party is no longer following the vehicle.
