Good afternoon, Memorial. We're currently inbound ear facility with a 38-year-old female coming off of the Sako River after floating since 1 today. Has sudden onset dyskinesia believed to be an allergic reaction. Patient is conscious breathing alert. I have a set of vitals. Current heart rate is 104, respirations are 18. D.P. is 70 over 47.02 is 97 on room air. Pupils are pro. We have an IV established. Two rounds of EPI were given, believed to be anaphylapsis in the field. We did one round of Zofran. We're approximately five to six minutes out from your location. Any questions or directions at this time? I do have a 12 leachronix sinus rhythm. VGL was 12.
