Good afternoon, Memorial Conway 12A1, currently inbound with a 67-year-old female. Chief complaint is going to be hypoglycemia. Patient was found approximately 30 minutes to an hour ago, not acting right, is a known diabetic. Blood sugar was at 44 on our arrival, unable to obtain any IV access due to poor vizculature. A patient was alert enough at the time. to give 25 grams of oral glucose and followed by Glucogon 1 milligram. I am fishness, conscious and alert right now. Current files are stable. 65 for heart rate, normal sinus on 4 lead, 95% on Romare. Last blood pressure, 172, over 100. And I've got a current blood sugar of 81. Any questions or concerns?
