Suspicious man reported at home in Cookeville

As discussed during the dispatch call, in Cookeville, Tennessee, a woman calling from a home on North Clinton Lake Road reported a suspicious older man with white hair and a white beard at her door carrying an apparently empty cooler. She locked herself in an upstairs bathroom and later went to a neighbor’s residence, while officers responded to check the home for the man.
