You know if you have a problem with your neighbors pets how about talking to them dogs are supposed to bark that's what we get them for to watch over us and our property they bark to alert us this man should be made to financially support a dog at the humane society for a year and clean the poop out of the cages that dogs are housed in smh 🤦‍♀️ I don't know someone who needlessly shots an animal says something about the kind of person they are

I agree, however, there is excessive barking. I can't handle a barking dog that won't stop. Maybe this dog terrorized the neighbors' chickens, kids, etc. Maybe it was an aggressive pit bull, etc. Many people don't care that their dog is a nuisance. There are dog wardens who do nothing when you make a complaint. Maybe the dog was attacking the neighbor's dog. If a dog was attacking my dog, kids, etc, you better believe I'd shoot it too. We just don't know the situation here.

I also agree with what you said as well being a pet owner you have to be responsible the article doesn't really give a good explanation so it's hard to say was it out of malice or a dangerous situation
