Suspicious pickup truck behind Dollar General

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a report of a suspicious pickup truck behind a discount store off Highway 801, where the driver reportedly turned off the lights and later restarted the vehicle. The caller was located across the road from the store.
