Man tried to force person into vehicle

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded near Southwest 37th Avenue and Southwest 16th Street in Coral Gables to a delayed report that a man possibly tried to pull a person into a vehicle. The suspect was described as a Hispanic male wearing red and white clothing, a tank top, and blue pants. Officers later met with a woman nearby in connection with the complaint.
