Two-car crash and dispute at Corbin Walmart lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a two-vehicle crash in the parking lot of a Corbin retail store involving a white Nissan Kicks and a dark blue Chevy Traverse. One driver reportedly did not stop at first, and there was an apparent dispute between the people involved.
