Neglected dogs reported at Corona de Tuc home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a home on South Dominguez Drive for a possible animal neglect situation. A reporting party said a dog in a gated area appeared extremely thin with visible bones and no water for several days, and there may be additional neglected or deceased animals in the backyard at the possibly vacant residence.
