Last thing normal is approximately 10 p.m. I'm able to complete any stroke assessment as she is unconscious at this time. We do have current vitals of 150 pull on 48, 95% of O2 in room air, 88 heart rate, 12 respirations a minute, with a BGL of 211. We do have an IV established. We're going to be your facility in approximately 7 minutes.
