Officers check group after report of park disturbance

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to reports of three people walking through a city park near Mildred and the duck pond after a juvenile expressed concern about one person in a blue hat. No weapons were seen and there was no apparent confrontation, but officers contacted a young man who may have tried to start a fight and warned him to stay out of the park.
