Semi hits stopped car on Highway 491

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a reported motor vehicle crash at milepost 13 on Highway 491, where a semi apparently struck a stopped car and the vehicle was reported to be in the middle of the road. Injuries were initially unknown.
