Female patient reported with possible stroke near S State Rd

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical personnel were dispatched to a location on South State Road for a female patient with a possible stroke, reported to have last been normal earlier in the afternoon. A special paramedic unit responded and reported arriving on scene.
