Two-vehicle crash with injury near Cosmos

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent to a two-vehicle crash at Minnesota Highways 7 and 4 near Cosmos. One passenger reportedly had neck pain, and the vehicles were blocking the roadway.
