As discussed during the dispatch call, a possible medical emergency involving a 24-year-old male with seizures was reported near North Fourteenth Street close to Harvey Lane and Benoist Avenue. The patient appears conscious and breathing after the seizure. Multiple medics were dispatched with some delays.
