Intoxicated woman shoplifting at Cottonwood Heights store

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of an apparently intoxicated woman causing a disturbance at a convenience store near East Fort Union Boulevard and 7000 South. She was reportedly throwing water at customers, acting aggressive, not paying for items she took, and at one point refusing to leave the store bathroom.
