Man reported stealing moped near Avenue H and Nora

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible moped theft near Avenue H and Avenue Nora. The reporting party said a male appeared to steal a moped and then ran south on 25th Street toward Avenue A. The caller later recovered the moped near 25th Street and Avenue Nora and is waiting with it at a nearby apartment complex while officers check the area. No weapons were reportedly seen.
