Multiple vehicles overturned near 151st Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a major crash just north of 151st Street, with one vehicle overturned on its hood and another on its side. There is also a possible medical call for a woman with a rapid heart rate near Northwest 109th Avenue in Dade County. Additional units are being started and southbound traffic may be affected.
