Two teenagers struggle in water near Coupeville Wharf

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to reports of two teenagers struggling to swim back to shore near the Coupeville Wharf. Callers said the youths were about 40 to 50 yards from the wharf and holding onto a buoy while drifting toward a nearby shellfish farm. Fire and marine units went to the area, and the subjects later appeared to have made it to shore and walked away.
