Commercial fire alarm at law and justice center

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a commercial building at the Island County Law and Justice Center in Coupeville for a reported general commercial fire alarm. It is not clear from the radio traffic whether there was an active fire or if the alarm may have been false or accidental.
