Report of possibly impaired driver leaving park

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic describes a possible intoxicated driver in a black Trailblazer reported to be leaving a local park area and heading toward town, apparently southbound on Highway 4. Officers are advised that the situation may also involve a verbal domestic dispute. Units are dispatched to look for the vehicle and check on the people involved based on this report.
