Intoxicated person asleep on bench at condos

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a condo complex near Roebling Way for a report of a highly intoxicated man sleeping on a bench by the pool who had reportedly urinated and defecated in the area. Medical responders were requested to stage nearby for a possible evaluation.
