Suspicious person reported near a red Nissan on Bailey St

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were requested to patrol near Bailey Street in the Village of Coxsackie for a report of a red Nissan at the location. The caller reported the person associated with the vehicle was acting suspiciously and that two teenagers were walking around the area.
