Suspicious powder found in letter at prison

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency and hazmat crews were dispatched to a correctional facility near Plank Road for a contained letter with a powdery substance. The letter was secured and people who had contact with it were kept in a single room while the fire chief and other responders were on scene.
