As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a 911 hang-up near Old Grove Road in Crab Orchard; after callbacks/response, contact was made and it was determined to be accidental with no emergency. A separate automatic crash notification (ACN) check was also dispatched near North Sam Branch Road in Bradley for a 2020 Chevy Equinox reported by Progressive, with no contact made with the owner. In another matter, Maxwell Hill Elementary reported a possible child abuse/neglect concern after a student was returned to the school when no parent was present at the bus stop (Oakley Road/Dry Hill Road area), and staff requested an officer.
