Elderly man seen tied in truck bed in Crab Orchard

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious small red truck near Clayton Street and Robert Seabrook Drive in Crab Orchard, close to a fast-food restaurant. A possible elderly man was seen in the truck bed, apparently covered and possibly restrained, and the vehicle was last seen turning toward Glenview. Officers were requested to check the area.
