Welfare check on intoxicated man walking in roadway

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to check on an older man who appeared possibly intoxicated and was limping and walking in the road near the (number withheld) block of Glenview Road in Crab Orchard, reportedly heading toward Rustic Hills and creating a possible traffic hazard.
