Driver assisted after car breaks down on exit

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible disabled red PT Cruiser near the Crab Orchard exit from Lester and requested a tow service. A person at the scene reportedly had a swollen leg and a purple left foot. The vehicle was later reported moving again.
