Blood sugar was 171, heart rate 91, blood pressure 214 over 104, 95% on room air. Patient has a recent history of an esophageal surgery. She has a history of choking. Patient does not seem to be in any sort of respiratory distress at the time. When she wakes up with a little bit of a sternal rub, she'll look at you and then what does not respond? No verbal communication. currently is holding herself up, but she is not looking at anything.
