That male is possibly in his 30s. Was laying in the middle of the road, the RP stopped to ask him what was going on, and the male party just told him basically to get lost. The male party was wearing crazy sweat pants, a blue t-shirt and white shoes, and is currently standing in the middle of the road. And he had started to run back towards the county road X, but the RP. standing there will keep an eye on him and call back if there's any further information.
