Hit-and-run with red pickup on Dove Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers investigated a possible hit-and-run involving a red Ford F-150 pickup truck that reportedly traveled along Dove Road near Creedmoor. The truck’s license plate was reported expired or not on file, and it was associated with an address in Wake Forest. Units were advised to be on the lookout, and another call later reported a careless and reckless incident involving a red pickup and a white SUV headed toward the area. One involved driver declined medical treatment at the scene.
