Elderly man exhausted and trapped under house

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency services responded to an elderly man who became exhausted and was unable to get out from under a house near Sandy Court. He was conscious and breathing, with no known injuries. Fire department assistance was requested due to estimated arrival time delay.
