Dispute and intentional vehicle hit on Kern Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received multiple 911 calls about a dispute between a man and a woman near Kern Street. The woman reportedly said the man was withholding her belongings, and the man later reported that a woman in a silver Subaru Outback intentionally struck his parked vehicle and remained in the area. Family members of the woman were then reported to have arrived at the man’s property.
