Officers follow up with individual near East Madison

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a possible follow-up check involving a person they have dealt with before near East Madison Avenue. The person is believed to be associated with a home across from a nearby store. Units coordinated with headquarters and went to the location to try to make contact with this individual.
