Cyclist bitten by off-leash dog on Lupine Trail

As discussed during the dispatch call, a cyclist was bitten by one of four off-leash dogs near Lupine Trail close to County Road 734. The dogs' owner was reported to have a southern accent and grayish blonde hair, driving a darker-colored Jeep with Colorado plates. The victim left the scene and headed to town.
