Possible gas leak at duplex on Cascadilla Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and EMS units were dispatched to a duplex near Cascadia Street in Crested Butte South for a possible gas or carbon monoxide issue after the reporting party noted a strange smell and a beeping alarm. All occupants reportedly evacuated while crews investigated the source of the odor.
