Trolley backs into parked car on North Elm Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a traffic incident in the 500 block of North Elm Street where a trolley reportedly backed into a parked vehicle and blocked the roadway. The accident and a related parking complaint were later cleared.
