Car and tractor trailer crash on East Side Highway

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a reported crash involving a passenger car and a tractor trailer near a discount store on Eastside Highway in the Crimora area. One vehicle left the roadway and apparently struck a house, and there was a reported fuel spill in the roadway.
