Male found on floor with pulse but unclear breathing

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS and a nearby deputy are dispatched to a possible medical emergency involving an unresponsive man found on the floor at a location on Highway 67 south near Cripple Creek. The reporting party states the man has a pulse but may not be breathing.
