Concern over dog left in parked car at plaza

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a dog in a locked red Tesla in a plaza parking area near Shunpike Road in Cromwell. Animal control was notified, and it was later confirmed that the owner was inside the vehicle with the dog and the animal appeared to be safe.
