As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic indicates a male on a bicycle wearing a pink shirt reportedly lifted his shirt and showed a handgun, possibly a 9mm, while threatening a complainant near North (number withheld) West in Cromwell. The man then left toward a nearby schoolhouse area, and deputies later located and stopped a suspect near a local park.
