Pickup with police-style lights follows driver

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a report from a driver on a highway near Crossville and Collinsville about a gray pickup truck with red and blue lights that appeared to resemble a police vehicle following him. Deputies coordinated near the highway intersections to try to locate the suspicious vehicle.
